NEW: Redesigning Historical Romance Book Covers to be More Historical PART 2!
“We’re back!
It’s been an unexpected while since the last upload, after we had to hit pause on a number of projects that didn’t align with SAG/AFTRA strike guidelines. But things are back on track now with a new crop of content in the production pipeline, and we’re ready to get back to publishing!
On the bright side, not only does this mean we now have lots of exciting new (strike-friendly) content on its way to you for the foreseeable future, it also means we have quite the backlog of content ready and waiting for release whenever we’re given the all-clear. Frustrating as it may undoubtedly be for those of you just trying to enjoy your favorite content—and certainly on our production end as well—I continue to believe that this is going to be a worthwhile fight in the long run.
In the meanwhile, enjoy this oft-requested followup to last year’s crop of historical novel re-designs. I always love these sorts of videos that allow me to dive into the popular media that so many of us enjoy to teach about dress history. I hope you enjoy watching as much as I enjoyed making this, and perhaps that you might learn a thing or two about 19th century fashion!”
